Linkin Park were basically my gateway band into most of what I listen to now (15+ years later). So for that I'm thankful, but I couldn't get into anything past Living Things.

One of their songs that was released this year. The poor guy obviously had major anxiety and depression issue. Also notable that today is Chris Cornell's birthday and they were very close friends.

Glad to see this place is still classy.

Oh, and the best Linkin Park release was their original EP in 1999, before Hybrid Theory was released. Some really cool songs on here.

I wasn't aware that I was known for "Edgy Jokes". One for the CV I guess...

Also, I used to be a huge Linkin Park fan.
Me and my trio of friends that played in a (terrible) band learned nearly the entirety of Hybrid Theory. So along with Metallica/Slipknot/Greenday/Limp Bizkit/Sum41 they really helped forge my teenage taste in music which still sticks with me today.

Unfortunately it was all downhill after HT IMO. But HT is still great for nostalgia head bangs.

No, it was me from a comment made back on the old Gamesradar over ten or so years ago. I got scalded for it and I have never said anything like it since. But a gobshite banana split like Lewis seems it's appropriate to bring it up when someone kills themselves.

Linkin Park was a band I found myself, surprisingly, listening to. Hybrid Theory, great album.
