Postlost my vita, anyway to track it?
by Rapidly-Greying » Mon Jul 23, 2012 1:33 pm

I have either misplaced my vita or its been stolen(unlikely). Im still in a caravan so you'd think it would be easy to find. Last time i had it was Saturday morning the last time i seen it and i have hunted high and low doh it, even raked in the outside bins incase one of the kids had binned it.

Is there anyway to track it down via my ps3 using near or some other way?

It must be about 400 quid i must have spent on it via games and films etc.

The wife is close to murdering me.

Is it a 3G model, does it have near set to update automatically, and do you have all your privacy settings turned off?

If all those are true, someone on your friends list might be able to see where you're checking in on near (though I'm not sure you can even do this, really).

If any of them aren't true, you're boned.

I don't think home insurance generally covers 'lost it, it might be down the side of the couch or it could have got dropped in the bin'.

Besides, with most excesses being atleast £150, you might as well get a new one for a tenner extra.

Just have a proper look around, and ask your kids again, maybe threaten them, they probably left it somewhere.

The caravan is parked with the in-laws, right? It's not anywhere in their house?

You said you lost it?! Why didn't you just lie and say it was stolen, act upset, and be allowed to buy another one.

We had our house up for sale for a year and a half. Then someone made am offer but they needed to be in within a month. So we had money left for a deposit on a new house but we couldn't find anywhere suitable to buy.

We've decide to rent now until we find somewhere that we want to buy.

Happy?

We don't want to rent but we've had 3 houses fall through for various reasons and there aren't any other houses on the market that work for us.

I can't see much houses coming on the market that will suit us anytime soon so its either rent or stay in a caravan.

The house we are renting is through people we know and they have done it up inside and out so we should hopefully be fine.

I thought you had taken it out and about, and lost it. Where was it in the end?
