Mame4Droid Reloaded help

Just installed this (Android) and whichever of my old ROMS I try to use, it just says "the selected game is missing one or more required ROM or CHD images". Can someone give me some pointers to what I'm doing wrong?

had a quick google, there are a lot of people reporting this, most seem to be resolved by installing the non re-loaded version.

Tried that version first but can't find an easy way of getting compatible ROMs.
