You can also reset your skill tree if you're not happy with the choices you make.

My recommendation is to get rabbid luigi in your team for his vampire dash. You can also buy vamp weapons for rabbid mario. The vamp ability is easily the best in my opinion-especially as you get the HP back for the total damage caused not just for the health taken. By that I mean, if the enemy has 5 HP left but you use a hammer that causes 100 damage, you get the 100 back for health, not the 5.

Thanks guys. Actually I haven't mixed my team at all  I've just gone with Mario, Luigi and rabbid Peach. I will try some variation next time I get a chance to play.

I feel bad because I used to be ace at Advance Wars.....

I called off his players' names as they came marching up the steps behind him....All nice guys. They'll finish last. Nice guys. Finish last.

You do need to keep mixing things up, I've played levels where I really struggled so changed my team round and then blew straight through it

Mario + Luigi + Rabbid Peach master race

Nothing can be as good as reaction shots and sentry subweapons

This and Mario + Rabbid Luigi + Rabbid Mario were the two teams I went back and forth between.

Peach with her explosive weapons got a little use too. Barely touched the Yoshis as they arrived so late in the game and I didn't really get to grips with what they could offer.

I think I'm pretty close to the end now, on level 4-6 now, that world 4 mini boss was bloody annoying

Finished it near 2 weeks ago, bloody brilliant game. Moved on to perfecting W4 battles before doing the challenges and been trying and trying to do the Ultimate Challenges. Took me so many strawberry floating tries to do Ultimate 1 I'm dreading the other 3 :dread:

So new DLC installed earlier, Ultimate Challenges for each world's secret areas and you only get 150 coins for completing each challenge. Proper gooseberry fool that is.

Ultimate Challenges 1 - 4 done. 4 was a long, tough escort Toad mission but managed to do it in a fraction of the time most YouTube videos show.

Apparantly 4 of the 8 challenges are 1 turn based?

I'm going to wait for the second DLC to see if it's worth it.

Only done one of the 4 DLC challenges which are found in the 4 secret areas throughout the 4 world's. Was easy but if that's what to expect with the second piece of DLC I really wouldn't waste your money on the season pass cause right now it's definitely a rip off which is a shame cause it will just sully a brilliant game with gooseberry fool DLC. Really hope the next one is a new world.

They've said new story content so you'd assume that would be set in a new world. Hopefully anyway

According to the tiny bit of info on the Gold Edition in the news section on the Switch it will be a new World and new Hero :toot: Early 2018 is all it says on the date.

Been pretty much addicted to this over the last few days. Had a friend over earlier today for a bit of co-op and it was great fun.
