Surely they've made enough profit from MK8 already, to release this at £19.99. But £49.99 for a few extra battle tracks? You've got to be kidding me.

As amazing as Mario Kart 8 is, this needs to flop.

Nope from me. Stick to Wii U and its free online. It doesn't really offer anything extra.

I was looking forward to this being MK9, or at least a significant upgrade to 8. As it stands the Switch is still pretty much a £300 Zelda box for me right now.

This could have been a decent justifier, but Ninty strawberry floated it.

Kind of glad they're supposedly undershipping the Switch horribly because then I'll have a good buffer period to see what else trickles out.

No. Just like I didn't buy Xenoblade, or Hyrule Warriors or Yoshi's Woolly World or Super Mario Maker or what ever else they ported.

It does feel like Nintendo haven't been doing anything these past few years. All they are doing is selling us Wii U remakes or slight remasters. I haven't felt this underwhelmed by a console launch, even compared to anything Microsoft have had to offer...that bad!
