Would players flock to the Wii U version if we 'forbid' Switch on Mondays, or would they just go and play something else? I get the impression the people playing the Switch version either don't
have a Wii U or don't
want to go back to the Wii U.
With the possible exception of Dragon and perhaps Pedz I can't think of anyone who was playing the Wii U version who has now stopped. Myself and Qikz had long stopped being regulars. Most of the Switch players are people who didn't own a Wii U or MK8.

We did. Mondays won it, though Wednesday was quite close behind.
I've got no problem with us having a proper discussion about it. All the talk of "Traitors" and "being deluxe" is fine as I think most people realise it's a bit of fun and there's nothing malicious behind it. I just take offense to being called a "twat" and a "banana split" because we happen to play a game at the same time they do. I didn't realise that us playing at the same time somehow detracts from their ability to enjoy the game they have.
Ultimately it's Mario Kart Mondays. Not Mario Kart Wii U Mondays.
And yes it's a silly thing to have an argument about.
