Made some use of the Switch's record feature to nab some highlights during races. I won't paste all of them on here, as I'll probably put them into a single video later on or tomorrow. If you want to see though - DarkRula Switch - that's where all my Switch stuff goes.

There are usually highlights of Mario Kart on Pedz' Twitch channel as well.

Tempted to get this but not sure how much I'd play it outside of the Monday sessions.

Also, has anyone used the joy con controllers? MY gf was a fan back in the day of Mario Kart so thought it might be fun to game with her, but don't want to splash out on a game and the Pro controller. Are they usable or utter gooseberry fool for Mario Kart?

Joy-Con on the side are good to use, yes, though you might need the strap attachments added to fill them out a bit and make the shoulder buttons easier to press. Well, them or one of the steering wheel peripherals.

Evil Ted - yup, I knew that. I just don't want to look in case there's a highlight of Mount Wario on there. I don't want to think what amount of ungodly things were said about me when I knocked him back five places or more.

Until I got a pro controller, I played Mario Kart exclusively with the right joy-con, and it was pretty comfortable with the strap.
