Hello! Feel free to join in with this GRcade x Nintendo Switch online gaming events. Don't worry if you're new to the game... these race nights are all about fun and the odd blue shell.

Updated 09-Nov-2023 The event will now just take place each Monday as the Friday racing has become less popular.

Hey, Mommy, it'd be good to see you play. Don't worry about being good or not - there will be some really good players there who win most races, but folk of all levels, too. I am *rubbish* but, after plenty of practice, I can get a race victory every now and again and I then feel like a BOSS KARTER.

Yeah, while good players can dominate, even we fall back on occasion thanks to the chaos of karting. Don't go in expecting to do good, just enjoy the moment to moment interactions and relish in those personal victories you do get.

Those (very rare!) occasions when I finish ahead of one or two of the more skilled players in a race... man, they feel so good!

You do find that wee rivalries crop up over the weeks and this can include, say, two or three folk who usually finish towards the lower reaches of the table fighting it out amongst each other to improve. It makes for some fun competition!

Just think... this time next week we'll be preparing for the return of the tournament! Mario Kart Monday will be back, guys!

Friendly reminder that the Silver Arrow, Flame Rider, and Standard Bike, all have the same stats as the Wild Wiggler.

Thought I'd have a spin on this last night. 3 starred 4 courses off the bat and won every race easy on 100cc.
Tried 150cc...

Didn't seem very balanced when I'm spending most of the game upside down

The only safe place in these games is at the back of the field, that's why I spend most of my time there!

Nope. It's always been scheduled for next week. Nothing stopping us from hopping on tonight, though. Just probably won't get high numbers.
