I had a particularly good night tonight with 3 classic wins:

Baby Park (I stole 1st with half a lap to go)!

Yoshi Valley (I was in 1st place pretty much the whole race - I have my own little private way through the valley which no-one else seems to follow)!

F-Zero track (I took a few people out near the finish line and cruised into 1st)!

My best night yet, by a long margin! A few careless mistakes cost me some better places in some races...I should have come second in Koopa City but some carelessly timed mushrooms sent me off the edge!

. AndyXL was in storming form, pushing Matt and Dragon all the way. Dragon was initially driving like a boss, but I fear that sleep overtook him at one point. Denster had a slow start but then must have installed some kind of fuel-injection boost!

That Baby Park race for me :dread:

I was way ahead until one blue shell happened and then I was hit by everything. Yoshi Valley once I got up to second I just never got anything to help catch you up and you didn't make any mistakes. But in F-Zero......... It was the final section. I was second behind Dragon and he was vulnerable. I had a red shell. I could hear one from behind approaching. I did what needed to be done. I took the shot. Off the shell went to locate and smash Dragons arse. I took the other red shell up my own dank Denster. All hope of victory was gone. You zoomed by. I managed to pip Dragon right on the line. Congrats.

It was worth it.

Ha ha, I was on fire last night, by my own very modest standards! For the first time, I felt like I could hold my own. I was especially proud of Yoshi's Valley where I drove a completely flawless race, and not even Matt couldn't catch me :-)

The key is to try and break away from the main pack to avoid the chaos...

I also liked the track selection last night. You can never have enough Baby Park, and there were no real duds in there.

I want vengeance on AndyXL tonight.

I have had a very stressful day at work today, so it's going to go 1 of 2 ways.

Either my day will continue as it has, and I will be bombarded with shells and I'll come last in every race.

Or I'll take all my frustrations out on the track, and will race like a demon!!

Whatever the case though, my "mini target tonight is to beat Deny and stop him getting his vengeance!

Saying that, I'm still not home, and still have lots of work to do...so I hope I make it to the starting grid...

I'm ready to take out the frustrations of my cancelled train home on you all :toot:

Denster, Hypes, jawa, AndyXL and Dragon are all playing... the race grid is building :datass:
