I won't be on tonight, but I am going to take an opportunity to plug an exciting event (a rare occurrence on SONM) that some might be interested in.



The SONM Mario Kart 8 32 Race Extravaganza

When?
Saturday 1st April
1800 - 2200

Who can play?
Anybody! Regardless of whether you play with us every week, anyone can join in today. The more the merrier! Except for that shady looking Orangerackon...

How does it work?
You can join in whenever you like/are free. Rolling scores will be taken every race, and prizes will be awarded at the end not only for the highest score, but for most consistent, most 1st place finishes ect.

Prizes?
Glory and bragging rights. And possibly more.

oo that sounds good! I may have to pop in to lose that

Sorry I quit...but I got such a rage on N64 Rainbow Road, that I just slammed the power button off!

The few races before that I literally got slammed by 10 weapons in a row, and the same thing happening again tipped me over the edge.

Then I tried to re-join, but couldn't get back into the lobby

Totally forgot was absorbed in Zelda

You getting me on the finishing line with a star (when I was second) in one of the races didn't help my rage

Argh no! My bad, I won't be so quick to leave at the sight of players dropping out next time. Would be nice if the game prompted you the option of staying on after the 16 races.

Dragon is usually working late and Celer has just... disappeared. It'd be good to see a few of the former regular players back again .

Even so, a couple of newer players are on the scene - folk like AndyXL, Grum (who I forget which GRcadian that is ) and, sometimes, Errkal.
