Maybe play on an easier difficulty until you get your skills up, and stop being a baby, you have a child now, act like a man.

Haha yeah I should, I did a few easy grade Ines and got bored so tried some of the ones from the op and then decided I hate life.

Start a normal do about 10 runs to get to grips with it then work on expert until you can get through pretty well, then move to Super Expert... :dread:

I think my major issue is my usual problem I have with mario that the way it moves is odd and I've never really gotten used to so it always feel like it takes a second to move and moves after I have stopped telling it go right sort of thing so I need to get used to that too.

Just tried about 10 courses and couldn't complete a single one, this game just isn't for me and I really I wish I hadn't wasted my money......

Go through the AYAMM thread and start playing them. Good mix of levels there. The main game has a lot of hard levels designed by sadists.

I would but if the easy levels that are high stars are unbeatable I can't imagine I'll be much better at aha levels, but I'll give it a go.

Gave a pedz one a go, got to the check point that kept dipping in the bouncing on 2 floaty turtle things, I didn't get so grumpy as least the level was a dick it is just my inability.

I would however say up yours pedz putting a turtle bitch i forget about right by the check point so I resplendent and then die!

I think you may be right :D

In my defence I have been much of a mario fan, on games I've enjoyed are 3D world until I got stuck and Galaxy until I stopped playing for some unknown reason, I've never been much good at the way the 2d ones control which is why I think I don't get on with this.

My level of game is train sim, truck sim, minecraft that sort of thing.

Although I do like an f1 game, I'm alright at those and races type games once I get used to the tracks like.

I'm really enjoying windwaker hd though which is the first proper play of a Zelda game so that's good :D

Anyone want to play a fiendishly difficult, precision platforming level? :shifty:
I've been slowly working on this level since later November/early December. Must have spent upwards of 30-40 hours on it all in all. A lot of that time was spent just fine tuning the level.
Indeed, it's very finely tuned to kick the ass of any who dare play it.

It doesn't have a difficulty rating yet, but it will almost certainly be rated Super Expert. It does not however require any advanced so-called kaizo tricks, just a good feel for the controls and buckets of patience.

I'll have a go at that level next week :-)

Mario Maker has made me realise one thing. I have absolutely no patience or desire to create my own levels. I just cannot be bothered with the faff.

I want Nintendo to make my levels for me :-)

I had a quick shot last night and managed to get as far as the vine just after the conveyor belts. It's quite tricky. Needs a lot of very precise jumps and timing is important. I'm aiming to finish it at some point this week when I get some free time.

I've bookmarked it so that I can give it a go later in the week. It's a shame that I can't download it to the 3DS version to play on the train.

Speaking of the 3DS version, the included Super Mario Challenge levels are fantastic!
