that was strawberry floating brilliant. I absolutely detest most modern action movie trailers. They all have the exact same style and music, it's so boring.

Ant-Man is well worth seeing.

Really nice mix of humour and fun set-pieces. Story isn't anything fancy or ground breaking but it does what it needs to.

Plus it's the best Marvel movie. Hopefully my BluRay copy arrives from Amazon today so I can watch it again this weekend :datass:

It doesn't look like they've included the original opening sequence that they had filmed though :( I was hoping they would turn it in to a One Shot

It's up there with Guardians of the Galaxy as one of Marvel finest/funniest.

Pre-ordered the Phase 2 box set the other day. Early christmas present :shifty: I've heard good things about Ant-Man in 3D.

What was the original opening, BID0?

Ant-Man was brilliant. Managed to get the tone of the film spot on. Good casting too.

It was set in the 60s, I think during the Cuban Missile crisis

It was part of Edgar Wrights script, it was seperate to the actual film (a bit like a Bond opening sequence). You didn't see Ant-Man but you saw people getting knocked out, explosions etc. They used bits of it throughout the film, but the actual full sequence was cut because it didn't fit with the rest of the movie and only really demonstrated what Hank Pym's powers could do.

But as it was finished I thought they might stick a One Shot badge on it and add it to the home release

That bit at the end of the trailer with both Bucky and Cap wailing on Stark is great.

Finally watched Ant-Man last night, probably my fifth favourite MCU movie.

I love how many references were made to the rest of the MCU in it too.

Maybe Marvel don't want him unmasked yet, wouldn't immediately blame EW (there's enough to blame them for on that cover already!)

Real housewives are going to be envious enough about the claws, no need to drive them wild with his face as well.
