Well, they got that right. We saw Rocket and Groot, but neither of them talked. John C. Reilly did, though. And it was FUNNY
The footage was cut like a trailer. And used Hooked On A Feeling to great effect. And Star Lord is a sassy bastard.

Voice acting is typically done a lot further into production, even in post, so there's no reason for them to hire anyone just yet

If there's no Hank Pym in Avengers 2 then he's probably getting his own film isn't he? 
Well that's complete bullshit. He didn't create sentient versions of his armour at all.
So, if Hank Pym doesn't create Ultron, who does? Well, Tony Stark seems to be the most obvious candidate, especially after Iron Man 3 showed that he had managed to create sentient versions of his armour
