They're just gooseberry fool?
I read them first way back in Heroes Reborn IIRC. Just hated them - every time I see them.
Slave owning. Caste system. Racial Segregation. Eugenics focused genocracy (alongside a Monarchy...somehow). Arranged marriages for eugenics reasons. Outcast "unmentionables". I struggle to think of an element of their society I don't, at best, dislike if not outright hate.
What's worse is - it's boring. You could easily make massive stories out of it - if comics "recognise" how abhorrent their society is - but they get presented as "heroes" or "allies" just with a different culture. It's the telling us one thing, showing us another that makes me bristle (see Character schilling below )
Blackbolt (if you ignore his history) had some interesting moments in War of the Kings/Infinity - but that was more due to his confliict of "Monarch/Ruler" rather cus he was Inhuman.
I hated them way before the recent "push" Marvel did (whether that was to replace mutants as rumored or not) before or after the cloud and XvsI - although I never like "character schilling".
I appreciate this is an impression based on the trailer/interviews - but even the series looks to be "heroic royal family fight to restore caste system after genetically inferior man stages a coup for democracy"
And I'm not an X-men fanboy. I hate half of them. I'm a Cyclops fanboy (And not Tweenclops )
A bit of new footage in the international Thor trailer...if you're into your post-credit action, you'll know. This movie is going to be amazing. The potential was always there, I reckon. I liked the 1st Thor movie. And Anthony Hopkins is great in 'em. Yet another seasoned vet appearing in Marvel stuff. Al Pacino next plz!

I'm surprised that Al Pacino hasn't shown up yet. I seem to remember him wanting a role after in a Marvel movie after he saw Guardians of the Galaxy with his grandchildren or something

I want to see the Nathan Fillion Wonder Man personally.
You'd think Nathan Fillion would land in one of these movies eventually he has been in both Guardians (voice in the 1st I think, and cut scenes in the second?) and he was mentioned in the Deadpool 2 trailer I think. Wasn't he rumoured for one of the Avengers movies too?
Apparently this is official promo art that's to be released soon
Why does Marvel art either look amazing or terrible

(Actually genuinely mean that to some degree. The cast seem well meaning and likeable . Not their fault they got a terrible show runner and a...divisive property - while trying to meet the demands of a...strong minded..boss)
Probably because it cost a fortune and I imagine it'll only do Agent Carter numbers (which had a lower budget)
However that rumour is only based on one piece of evidence... it being advertised as a "complete series", but it's been advertised that way since the very beginning so it's hardly a new piece of information that should be the basis for anything.
