They're calling it a sneak peek, though. Guaranteed the actual trailer tonight will be called a teaser. :lol:

Of all the Marvel heroes, Spiderman (particularly this extra-young incarnation of him) has to be the best suited to a more grounded story without any super villains or city-wide destruction. Too bad they seem to be just sticking to the old formula.

International Trailer has a little bit of different footage - but is much worse due to change in tone/use of BLARRRMMMMSss etc

But a superhero movie without a villain or a threat wouldn't be a superhero movie?

Michael Keaton is such a bad ass. Glad to see him reprising the role of Birdman. That was a great movie.

Looks great. I'm also assuming his friend is Ganke. Certainly looks like him.

Definitely Ganke. He was even playing with lego at one point.

They've created a problem for themselves with this multi-hero universe: there's no peril.

I mean, there's no sense that Spiderman has got to save the world single-handedly, because he's being mentored by Tony strawberry floating Stark. All the other avengers are only like a phone call away if it gets really bad.

So they'll either have to create a stupid plot device by which all the other Avengers are, I dunno, on holiday or something, just so that there's some sense of danger.

Nah, I'm out*.

* Will probably pirate it.

That looks awesome. Humour and everything appears spot on. Especially happy that they've called it official trailer and not teaser trailer. My letter to points of view must have changed their minds.

Still should have been Miles rather than Peter.

People running about with superpowers but the apparent lack of peril is the worrying thing.

I'm strawberry floating sold. Spidey looks like it will be great fun and they've nailed his expressions and wisecracking yet again.

With this and Guardians next year (Thor: Ragnorok too?) It's gonna be a great year for the MCU.

It's interesting how they've decided to play around with stuff and mix the characters up. I assume that they just think the casual audience will be confused by Spider-Man being called miles and not peter. Who is the black girl love interest? Is she a new character or from one of the different Spider-Man universes.

I thought it had be confirmed she was playing Mary Jane Watson, causing some bigoted comments from some people.

Looking around now I guess not.
