Eh, I imagine the atmosphere at these events is pretty electric.

I can really see this being a disaster though. How can you possibly fit that many characters in one 2 hour movie and still tell a coherent story? Some of that looked downright Transformers-esque too; huge scenes of destruction are no longer impressive and actually make these films less interesting. To me. Obviously.

It's occurred to me that if they're setting Captain Marvel in 1991 and therefore introducing the concept of the Skrulls a full 17 years before Iron Man kicked off the MCU - someone could very well turn out to be a Skrull in Infinity War. Maybe a character will be killed and Skrull up toward the end, setting up Captain Marvel and the untitled Avengers film?

Maybe we will get Coulson back in the Captain Marvel movie :datass:

He is currently up in space, maybe with SWORD? (but I don't think they can use the name SWORD)

I have now caught up with the MCU.

I enjoyed GotG2, I don't think it was as good as the first but it was still one of the better Marvel movies. The download I had wasn't great quality though and missed off all the post credit scenes. Bloody Russians. :x

Spider-Man was brilliant imo. The perfect Peter Parker and a great villain from Michael Keaton. Another download, better quality than GotG2 but was annoying as people kept standing up in the cinema. :slol: It also only had one post credit scene, although I gather the second wasn't worth worrying about.

Where might one find this, if it's of decent quality?

My definition of decent quality might not be the same as yours. ;)

I grabbed it off Pirate Bay.

I didn't know people were going to be rude enough to stand up in front of the camera.

Anyway it's all good, it gives it that authentic cinema feel but from the comfort of your own home.

Why pirate Guardians of the Galaxy when it'll be out in like a week or so, though? :shifty:

Because I had some free time and GotG2 was out before Spider-Man and I like to watch them in order.

Not that I pirate things much, but I've never been able to watch these off-screen recordings of movies - the quality is just so poor generally and the audio in particular never makes it through very well.

The following is the current list of Marvel movies I need to catch up on, any advice on whether to hit any in particular first or whether there are any duds I can skip?

Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ant-Man
Doctor Strange
GotG Vol. 2

Go in that order - Ultron is the worst of the four but they're all good. Ant-Man is the best of them, for me.

Cool - I've been a bit wary over Ant-Man, I tend to find Paul Rudd a bit annoying in general and the switch away from Edgar Wright as director put me off as well. However Rudd's Ant-Man seemed like a good character in Civil War so maybe I need to just dive in!
