Still nothing planned yet http://www.radiotimes.com/programme/cnw ... -of-shield

The Marvel shows have been pretty piss poor in the UK. Maybe because the movies release a week earlier here than NA, Channel 4 can't air the episodes in line with the movie dates so they don't bother at all.

I'm really surprised it took so long for Agent Carter to get picked up in the UK. I would have thought they'd be a fair sized audience on one of the main channels for it.

I liked it too, a solid return but not spectacular. Hopefully this can be a more consistent season. The first was terrible until the final run of episodes (and then still very cheesy) and season two felt like two mini-series - the first brilliant, the second enjoyable and better than season one but nothing great.

Not really sure on the last few episodes. The force romance plots in particular. I am sure women can watch this show without having to put in soap opera crap. I don't mind it if it's done properly but it feels so awkward when everyone starts pairing off or randomly catching feelings.

I'm interested in what they're going to do with Coulson to. That character has largely been wasted in this show I feel. I hope with him possibly being set up to change agencies, it's going to make for his re-introduction to the movies for Civil War, but you'd think he would side with Cap and this new evil agency would be against Cap.

Is anyone still watching this? That last episode. Woah. Fitzsimmons

Shows how much better it can be when it's not all about Inhumans...

Was a pretty good episode, was a nice change of pace to focus on a character who has mostly been underused for ages.

Fitz has the worst luck with Simmons, he finally gets the courage to ask her out and she disappears for six months then after rescuing her finds out she's fallen in love with someone else in the meantime. Friendzoned again :fp:

This show has got insane. Yesterday's episode  maybe they can link the Red Skull to this too :shifty: I am glad that they didn't get Powers Boothe to play a different character to the one he played in Marvel's Avengers. I thought when it was announced they might get him to play a new character as he was in the shadows during the movie, but after this and last weeks episodes it was obvious he was the same guy. So the Vice President of America was on the World Security council and is the head of HYDRA. No wonder he ordered a nuke strike on New York.

It's not on next week but it's back the following week for 2 weeks before taking a break over Christmas until March.

2015-11-17 S03E08 - Many Heads, One Tale
2015-12-01 S03E09 - Closure
2015-12-08 S03E10 - Maveth
2016-03-08 S03E11 - TBA

To help fill the gaps while it's off air there is:

Marvel's Jessica Jones (complete Season 1) on Netflix tomorrow, November 20th (GRcade topic)

And then over Christmas break, starting in January, Marvel's Agent Carter returns for Season 2 (GRcade topic)

I've almost completely lost interest in this, most of the characters becoming completely unlikeable and it having bugger all to do with the comics killed it for me. Haven't seen any of this season, might watch it if it's ever on channel 4 again or just wait till it's on Netflix.

Can't wait for Agent Carter though. The first season was fantastic.

It's really good now, but this is coming from somebody who has enjoyed 99% of the show so far.

You watched up to the end of season 2? Season 3 starts off directly where that left off despite it being set 6 months later. I thought they'd leave a lot of the established plot lines running until the end of this season, but they've been crossing through them almost nearly every episode. Every episode this season has added something, although I did find episode 5 a bit lame (but it was a Marmite episode, Frank and Ironhide appeared to like that one)

So far this season has tied in to events in Avenger's, Iron Man 3, touched upon The First Avenger and has set some things in motion for Civil War next year. It's also added a few more characters from the comics and other characters have developed more towards their comic book incarnations

I don't see how season three would win over anyone who didn't like season two. I still enjoy it, it's consistently good with a few great to fantastic episodes every two or three weeks.

Was episode 5 the bottle episode? I thought that was almost universally loved :shifty:

the bottle? :shifty: it was the blue episode. I think it was universally loved, but for me, while good, it didn't really fit with the rest of this show, it felt out of place.

That's what I liked about it, and possibly because the constant blue tint reminded me of Pitch Black.

This season is definitely a lot better than the previous one.

Christ episode 9

I can't believe they killed Rosalind, I was really starting to like her  I thought they were setting her up to lead SWORD.

And Secret Warriors finally  but no Deathlok :x

Seemed obvious she'd die after how sickly sweet and perfect that intro scene was. Was a decent start though and the rest of the episode was pretty good. Seems like Ward's days are numbered but I hope he stays, good to have a constant villain otherwise it's just actors turning up for full or half seasons and then they're gone

Rosalind is also co-star of Unreal which got renewed for a 2nd season so I knew she wouldn't be around for long.

Don't watch it but are the Secret Warriors Quake and a bunch of the new generic Inhumans they created for this show just like I thought they'd be?

Natalia Cordova-Buckley has been cast as Slingshot and she begins filming in January, so she should show up in the first few episodes when the show comes back for part 2. I'm not sure how big the team is going to be and who else is cast.

S03E10 SPOILERS

Well it looks more and more likely that the long running fan theories of Ward becoming Taskmaster or Grim Reaper happening at some point. I didn't like how the body is instantly back at Earth. It was obviously going to happen but they could have left it until the show came back in March, or even for a future season. We don't need Ward or a variation of Ward to always be the bad guy. Look what happened with Heroes/Sylar.

I hope Lash and Deathlok are on the Secret Warriors in part 2.

Coulson is badass

And the Daisy/electric boy romance thing can strawberry float off. It just doesn't work.
