That's what I thought. Wasn't sure if it was Winter Soldier but that was based around Washington DC and nothing major happened to the civilians.

Was Daredevil a part of the Avengers or is he always a lone character?

Local issues vs Global
Keeping to himself vs Tracking all superpowered people
Private identity vs Public identities (Stark, Rodgers)

That said I'm pretty sure he's been in one of their teams, literally every marvel character has at some point. But in his own book DD is massively against them

He was a New Avenger for like 5-10 issues in Bendis's 2nd volume just before (and during) AvX. Other than that I don't think so.

He was part of the New Avengers a few years ago for a while, but I don't think he's ever been on the main team.
