I don't really know anything about Iron Fist and I've only seen the first episode but I really enjoyed that. It's maybe my fav origin so far, it's pretty light on backstory and it seems to have got going pretty quickly. I'm not sure how anyone can say this has slow pacing
Rex Kramer wrote:Watched Ep 1. First thought, like all the Netflix shows, I've a feeling this is at least 4 episodes too long. Also, which is surprising given the previous ones, the combat feels really weightless.
I think the weightlessness is deliberate. I think it shows Danny is skilled and not some brawler or somebody learning the basics.

Also I'm enjoying it but then again I've always really liked Iron Fist.
The first episode is so bright and vivid, it seems really weird but I like it. Makes a change from dark and gritty and not being able to see anything.
Watched the first episode and it's aggressively okay. Fight choreography is weak and it's not very stylish compared the rest of the shows. Finn Jones is surprisingly alright I had kind of written him off.
