Why does Trish's cop friend look so much like Captain America?

Yeah, it's pretty weird. In ep 6 where he's wearing that baseball cap he looks just like Cap in Winter Soldier.

Three episodes in and Tennant looks to be the best thing about the show - as good as the protagonists have been in the Netflix TV shows, The Purple Man and Kingpin have been two of the best villains Marvel have put out in the cinematic and TV universes.

I'm pacing myself as well. Only three episodes in but really enjoying it. Tennant is nailing it so far.

Really enjoying this, 9 Episodes watched today, can't wait to mop up the last 4 tomorrow. Tennant is superb, saying that all the supporting cast are good.

I was even gutted when Kilgrave killed the
freaky brother neighbour and felt sorry for his sister.

The writing has been great so far.

God damn it, you've ruined this show (and Krysten Ritter) for me now.

Can't unsee it.

I think she's the double of Victor from The Returned.

Finished it.

I can see the ending disappointing a lot but it fits in with the whole abusive relationship thing.

Watched the first episode last night and thought it was a rather interesting. I have never heard of Jessica Jones, but after Daredevil I wanted to give this a try. Didn't know she had any powers either which is cool. Hopefully the quality doesn't drop :simper: .

Episode 8 was fantastic.
That footage of Kilgrave being experimented on. :dread:

Jessica and Kilgrave's interactions varied from highly amusing to very unsettling, both very compelling. David Tennant is absolutely fantastic.

I think I'd probably rate it just behind Daredevil at the moment. It's very good though and retains many of the things that made like Daredevil so much while at the same time having its own strengths that differentiate it.

Jessica Jones = 2 shows in and I like it a lot. But I still prefer the Daredevil set up with the guys bouncing off each other. But it is still great. Will watch 2 shows a night to avoid getting burnt out by it all.

He has so many of the Doctor's mannerisms in the way he speaks, facial movements. I'm not sure I'll be able to watch his Doctor in the same way anymore :dread:

3 episodes in now, not loving it like alot on here. I'm finding any time there is any action scene, it falls completely flat. Very mediocre choreography and camera work.

Unless you're talking about a completely different Michael Jackson?

There's a few scenes where she's wearing sunglasses and has a vague resemblance to MJ (after he went fully 'white' and had the horrific nose job), it's only at certain camera angles but once you see it you'll gooseberry fool bricks.

Halfway through the first episode...

Jessica Jones is smoking strawberry floating hot and Carrie-anne Moss lezzes off with a blonde chick.

Awesome. Best show of 2015

I'm only up to ep 8, but the way I see it is that Cap is pretty popular after the whole Avengers thing, and folk obviously copy the trends set by them.

Only 3 episodes in but rather enjoying it. One thing is bothering the hell out of me, though: does Jessica have ANYTHING else in her wardrobe besides those raggedy jeans and a black top? She wears the exact same thing every day and it's really distracting.
