Are you talking about the first major battle where Jack and the students are above you using biotic powers?

I actually struggled a fair bit with that, too. Best way I found was to try and maintain the high ground. Keep your team mates in allocated positions up top so they don't run off and be wary of enemies dropping down and sneaking up on you. Try and get into a position where the Mech can't target you and leave him until last as he can't actually get over the wall where he is.

I actually had a feeling they might...artistic interigty or not, entitlement or not...Bioware must have felt the huge negative reaction that the starchild got. The best way for them to rescue the ending is to give more importance to the war assets we built up, more cutscenes of the battles (i wanna see Primes and Krogan fighting along side each other!), etc. I don't think we'll see the Starchild removed unfortunately, but I have a feeling the DLC will be somewhat decent.

By the way Zell, how on earth did you manage to do the main battle on the Grissom Academy level? I have a feeling it's going to involve words 'infiltrator' and 'cloaking'

Easily the best way. 8-)

The hardest battle for me was easily the Kai Leng fight in the Illusive Man's office, though Banshees were a pain in the arse (letting them attack a team mate, while you sneak off under the invisibility cloak and just spam the sniper rifle proved quite effective).

Oh my God, just done Tuchanka. The single, most amazing choice I've ever had to make in an RPG.

I just killed Mordin, one of my best friends, so that I could sabotage the genophage cure. Not only did I kill my friend, I've lied to countless others in the hope that this act of betrayal will give the whole universe a stronger chance of survival. I feel torn inside but I feel I did the right thing.

I just can't stop thinking about what I've done. It's absolutely incredible. I just, I can't believe it. This is the most amazing trilogy ever. I hope there are more decisions like this as it's just amazing.

Mordin, I'm so sorry :(

The thing is now, after making this terrible decision, I'll probably be more ruthless if anyone else stands in my way later on in the game. Like I've past that moral point in my brain now, I've done awful things and there's no turning back.

Nothing will stop me from saving the galaxy now.

Also, really hoping I get the girl in this one. I didn't get it on with anyone in ME1 or ME2 when I replayed through them last month so I'm feeling sad and lonely. Want to get with Liara. Turned her down in the first game but now I love her :(

Did you ban him for killing Mordin?

Seems fair.

I like it! It was a genuine 'what do I do moment'. The whole chapter is based upon deceiving the krogan and then mordin throws the curve ball.. Save the galaxy or save mordin, I shot him! I regretted and it actually had an emotional impact, staggering really.

You have to lie if you're going to kill THAT man. If you tell the truth what would be the point in killing him.

I believe if yousabotage the cure you can save Mordin, but you end up having tokill Wrex later when he finds out. So there was no point in Tragic doing that.

Hmmm - I never had an option like that, maybe it's dependant on something. I never said anything to Wrex and I only had two choices... kill Mordin, or let him fix the cure. Wrex still showed up later.

Actually it depends if Wrex or Wreav are alive in his play through. If it's Wreav he never finds out and you get both Salarian and Krogan forces. 8-)

Curing the genophage is only the right decision if Wrex and Bakara are alive.

I still feel bad about it. Garrus has spoken to me a couple of times about the mission in general and I've been begging for an oppurtunity to confide in him. :(
