Did that this afternoon and it worked fine. You just need to make sure you've got everything named properly and have the right file paths.

You don't need to have ME2 on PC for it to work. I don't.

What did you do with the created pc save file then for ME3 to locate it? I've done all the steps bar move it to the ME2 saves directory folder the instructions say to do.

I just created the directory myself in Documents > BioWare > Mass Effect 2 > Saves > Folder name (taken from the file you extract e.g. Yourname_two numbers_character class_date)

So due to me saving up for a mates 22nd and being Jobless, I've just finished this. 29 hours Played.

Starting a new one very soon.

Take a bow Bioware. Take a bloody bow.
Incredible, some real heart wrenching moments  I honestly dont see any other game coming anywhere near ME3's story. The only gripe for me, Armour textures on PC are shoddy!
Now im going to cry myself to sleep.

Also - Watch all the Credits. Not the money.*
ME4?!

* Speaking of which, I had loads of credits. I just bought fish. Nothing else took my fancy. My cabin room was bitchin'

That's quite a bit shorter than ME2. Did you do many sidequests?

After 8 hours, I hadn't even reached the summit yet. :fp:

In regards to EDI... Jesus Christ, the amount of fanfic that is going to be based on this is horrifying to contemplate.

Just had a really awkward conversation with her. Joker's infatuation with her has gone from kind of cute to genuinely disturbing.

Seriously, why was this necessary? I was expecting a humanoid holographic avatar or something, but this is a little too much fanbait for my tastes.

Have you spoken to EDI the next time you're at the Citadel? It gets worse

You can just tell the whole EDI thing in this one is done to please the same weirdo biodrones on the forum who obsess of what Tali's sweat taste like. Some right strawberry floating weirdos on there. Genuinely disturbing that they included it and another reason why the whole writing in this just isn't as good as the previous games.

Thought I recognised her name. You also meet the biotic you saved at the end of the Overlord DLC. Oh, and Jack as well of course.

Did a fair few of them, but i got a bit annoyed that there was no Indication of where they where. So i had to keep tabbing back to my journal all the time. Plus the fact that i couldn't find the Hades nexus system for aggggges!

Gunna start a new save in a bit, Vangaurd i think.
