It's a shame the second part of the demo has you carrying every single weapon you can as it kills the recharge time of abilities and makes different classes pretty ineffective. I was ripping things to hell with biotics on the first part when I played as an adept but on the next stage it took several times longer for those skills to recharge.

The same can be said for people who played the infiltrator class to see what the Sniper Rifles would be like, only for them not to include that weapon. :fp:

All the class except soldier are effectively well below optimal in the demo then, so we should bare that in mind. To make things worse, most powers are locked in the first part so you can't try the classes out properly there either.

Make things worse?

It's the very start of the game. Why would you have all your powers?

Second part of the demo doesn't really spoil anything anyways. You save a Krogan. DOesn't really make any wider reference to the story.

I love the new Nova Ability they gave the Vanguard. Makes that class really dangerous. And gives you more to do than just use the charge. In ME2 Vanguards had REAL problems taking down certain Shields or armour unless you had the right squad. Glad they've rectified that a bit. And you can now use ALL THE WEAPONS. FINALLY. Means you aren't condemned to death in certain situations.

Because we're continuing from Mass Effect 2? The opening to that game was one of the better examples of the reset-to-zero that most sequels implement, so what's the excuse here? Being grounded means Shepard hit the fatty foods and destroyed all his/her knowledge with reality tv?

I just checked the achievements for me3 and there are ones for 50 and 60 levels, so i guess if i import my level 26 shepard from me2, it wil just use that as a start point and i can select my points like in the second half of the demo but at the beginning of the game? And then i will just level up normally through the game to 50 and then 60 i guess.

I was sceptical at first but the multiplayer really is a load of fun.

Is the multiplayer a horde mode or a player adversarial mode?

They're the bane of this generation.
