If it's ME3 :D Although I am going to have to rerun ME2 from scratch as I deleted my game save when transfering stuff to my new 360s :fp:

It's cocktail time!. Then again when isn't it.

Looks like it, but if you freeze frame it doesn't quite match (if it was Westminster there's at least two Big Ben towers).

This pretty much confirms it then. A Mass Effect prequel trilogy.

I'm not responsible for Bioware's shitty graphics department am I?

Also they are clock towers, "Big Ben" is the name of the largest bell, even I know that and I'm from t' North. I'm sorry to do this dude, but:

You know what, I knew someone would point that out as I was writing my reply. Couldn't be bothered to change it. Also, I'm far more Northern than you could ever comprehend. Chuck.

Apparently it's a Mass Effect multiplayer game:

It just lost all appeal. :(

You are joking.

Mass Effect? Multiplayer? It's going to be terrible. Mass Effect's combat has always been... a bit average, it'll be abysmal against other, real people.

I suppose at least it means they won't shoehorn a crappy multiplayer component into ME3.

8-)

Maybe they'll improve the combat for it, but if it is a game made with online multiplayer in mind I won't get it. I hate online multiplayer games.

ME3 please with the mentioned playable spaceship section(s)

I'm hoping for a big Star Wars type space and land battle involving all the races that you've helped out in ME1 and ME2. The Rachni Queen better not come back to bite me in the ass on my good playthrough!

Just remembering that choice and it's consequence would be amazing tbh!

So, lets say this multiplayer ME game comes out fall next year, does this mean ME3 for 2012??? Although it's a hell of a long time to wait, this would mean the main ME team would have had a good 2 years of so to work on ME3 and make sure the trilogy ends off with a bang :)

I'm intrigued by this new Mass Effect game though. Although there's been speculation about it being multiplayer focused, i hope it'll still feature a single player component.

That Mass Effect game is not a massively multiplayer online version of BioWare's sci-fi RPG series, but a game that's designed to appeal more to the Call of Duty market, according to that source. We're told to expect player progression in the vein of Activision's wildly popular online shooter along with some sort of single-player component that does not feature Mass Effect's Commander Shepard in a leading role.

I like COD, but really? I have no problem with them basing other, non-Shepard, games in the Mass Effect universe. In fact, I'd love that. An expanded universe similar to Star Wars would be fan-fucking-tastic. But a COD-esque shooter?

No.

That might be cool. I reckon Mass Effect has Star Wars esque potential to expand into loads of genres.

So long as ME3 comes first.

I don't see the issue. Don't like it, don't play it. It's not as if Bioware's not massive enough to be also making Mass Effect 3 at the same time.
