This is really the only realistic way Shepard's actions can make any difference against the Reapers.

Probably. There is scope for better, as there's no reason why Shepherds actions couldn't be convincing, recruiting and uniting all the disparate armies across the universe into one force and co-ordinating an attack ( Shepherds part of which is saving Earth whilst the other armies save the rest of the galaxy). What might be a nice twist on that particular trope, if they do go down that road, is to have the Keystone, rather than being the weakness of the Reapers, is actually control of the Geth; an army of unknown size and overwhelming force which could be sent in to spamroll any Reaper force.

But you're right. It'll probably be Sovereign's data core or some gooseberry fool too.

Just played the demo and looking forward to playing the full game now.
Shame I will be starting my character from scratch due to my save game deletion when I upgraded to an 360s but nevermind I'll still enjoy the romp. Really has got me appetite wet.

It's cocktail time!. Then again when isn't it.

I saw it as it was unfolding live. T'was good fun aside from some people being rather vile.

Its a cool employment decision from Bioware though to hire a writer who hates games and cant write for gooseberry fool.

I'll be honest, the first thing I thought when I was finished reading that story was, 'I wonder if the guy is Falsey?'

Nooo, Im not into the whole personal abuse of physical attributes thing. Im all for criticising her awful writing and terrible career choice though.

Did she write on the original Dragon Age? I'm finding it difficult to determine how long she's been with Bioware.

From what I understand, she wrote some short story kind of things for DA1. She was then a driving force in DA2 which has such hard hitting dialogue as:

Dragon attacks, kills people, gore, high fantasy.
The tough manly protaganist: "I want to be a Dragon."

Man professes his homosex love for the protaganist
Protaganist: "Im hungry"

In short; literary genius.

You should try the multiplayer. It doesn't ruin any facet of the story and you'll get a feeling for the slightly altered gameplay.

For the normal edition, ShopTo is probably your best bet going by the experience people here usually have.

For the Limited Edition....well....you've got no chance.

Extended trailer has been leaked/released and it's about a minute longer than the one they showed off the other day. Pretty awesome trailer though.
