Yeah I am not sure how much more activity there is outside of the threads. I was posting less (a relief to everyone else I know!) under my main account while I was playing this.

I also posted significantly less with my main account during the game. In fact, every other thing that I do in my life, occurred at a notably reduced frequency during this particular game...

If there's a clamour for more forum games I'd be happy to run a second I Love You, But You're Dead if anyone's interested? I'd probably give it a few weeks at least though.

ILYBYD was great fun, I just couldn't get Manny, the time difference made it impossible

I think we'd need to try and firm up the anti-spam/derailment rules for ILYBYD but I'd be up for another round of it.

I am always clamouring for more AYAW, but I think it is something that needs rationing. That way it still feels like an event rather than a routine. Let's face it, we have played it often enough that it could become a bit tired if we hammer it into the ground.

I would quite like DML to run one again (with wolves this time) or to just come up with another big forum game, as he has been quiet bar the now-retired GGGC.

That's only really with anonymous accounts though as I know I couldn't be bothered to keep relogging

Did you play either of the Mafia games that Herbi ran? The reason I ask is because he had that rule in place and having been on both sides of the coin, it's bloody difficult trying to communicate with your Mafioso buddies but trying to disguise it from everyone else. Are you going to allow chatting/conferring on third party clients, i.e. Steam? Or another forum?

The only other thing I'd say is, the game might lose a bit of its magic/appeal being run each month. But I will still looking forward to playing.

I'd probably start a thread beforehand where we could nail down the finer points of the game, rather than having people suggest rule changes or game alterations during the game itself.

I have an idea for a team based forum game, but its pretty rudimentary. I tried it several years ago and it needed a bit of work. Sadly my work shift pattern doesn't allow me to run games with set time schedules.

If anyone is interested in hearing my idea with a view to improving / running it that would be great.

Of course I would never name who I gave the key to like this. This was a thread of my chief suspicions. I'm sure someone mentioned looking at the list to see who the vampires didn't kill, but you ignored it.

I’m too lazy to run a game, but maybe start a thread where potential game runners could discuss what they are planning and to see if anybody could suggest any improvements? The thread could also be a good place for people to decide when they are running their games. Would be terrible to have too many games running at once as we wouldn’t be able to concentrate on one!

Don't get upset just because you failed to act upon it. The fact that the vampires weren't killing anyone on that list should have rung alarm bells.

Yusss, I missed the last one. It also is likely to increase overall activity, not just in an individual thread, too.

Out of interest, was it obvious I was making most of the stuff up as I went along? There was little real planning involved on my end.
