Is that at the fact that I enjoyed Chapter 1 or at what's about to come?

What's about to come. Personally I had no problem with chapter 2. Loved every minute of the game.

As someone who didn't stealth one entire mission in the whole of Chapter 1, largely due to a lack of patience, would anyone recommend me tackling any of Chapter 2? It's much more focused on stealth, correct?

I'm bit torn between attempting the end game content or just trading in.......?

I would make up your own ending. Literally, write it down if you have to, and it'll still be better than the frankly dross attempt that Kojima serves up. A whole new level of wut.

I'm not too concerned with the story, I'm just trying to ascertain whether the chapter 2 content will delight or infuriate me....??

I'd played a good bit of MGO and enjoyed it but other games needed playing :shifty:

Do you like repeating missions on harder difficulties or grinding with random elements? If so then Chapter 2 is the chapter for you!

It sounds like I'm not going to like it, I've heard of instant fails for just being spotted :fp:

Technically you don't need to do any of the repeated missions.

Can this be considered finished after chapter 1? Not sure I can be arsed replaying the same missions with additional caveats.

Depends if you're comfortable leaving the Mantis thing at the level it is. There's also a plothole nobody really noticed/cared about before that gets filled in.

That said there's a whole new hole that's opened due to the Konami fallout actively damaging the game ending.

I'd say no. Theres the Emmerich storyline that you'd miss out on, Quiets departure (Which is worth playing through for that alone) MB soldiers being infected. Oh and the TRUTH :slol:

MB soldiers have already been infected?

I hated that bit.

The TRUTH almost ruined the game for me but time is a powerful healer. I read an article in which someone explained why they thought the ending was really good and it did kind of make sense and helped heal my wounds. But God damn, it really is awful.
