He even looks a bit like Sean Bean in this video, which is ideal as they'd be playing twins. Although Bean would have to ham up his accent a little. Gruff northener doesn't really fit with the eccentric voice of liquid.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau would be a good Snake too. I got thinking of him because he basically looks a lot like him (and Josh Holloway in fact) already. Plus he's a great actor, one of the best characters in Game of Thrones.

Eric Bana (circa Black Hawk Down) would be a good Snake.

But it has to be Sean Bean.

Sean Bean would be bloody awful as Snake :? Snake has charisma for one. I like Sean Bean in certain roles (Game Of Thrones, Accused,) but he is in no way Snake

Sean Bean playing Snake is up there in the "what the f**k were you thinking?" category.
