eBay are basically one of the earliest Software as a Service providers before that was a thing so they're going to monetise their captive audience as much as possible while doing as little human work as possible - which is so many buyer/seller cases seem to be solved semi-automatically by always siding with the buyer, even in cases of fraud. They know that there will always be sellers but they never want buyers to shy away from the brand.

Yeah it's pretty bad, and you're right about selling fees. It's why I stopped selling on eBay for my business, even though I got quite good sales for what I had up there. I might try fulfilled by Amazon though to pre-make and get stuff sold to customers that want stuff faster there and they can handle all the logistics and returns crap.

Does anyone know for certain whether a card is actually meant to expire at the end of the stated month, not the beginning? Because some of my stuff I'm seeing no complaints for concerning online subscriptions etc., I only just got a notification 2 weeks into the expiry month (09 i.e. September) from one service charged to my card. I'm thinking the problem I had with Royal Mail might just be bad programming (no surprise there) where they incorrectly force you to update your card details at the beginning of the expiry month? And that might explain why my bank hasn't issued me a replacement card yet?

Hopefully that's the case otherwise I won't be getting my amiibo (or Legendary Edition although I can't afford to keep it) because of yet some dumbfuck reason. It's not the most important thing in the world to me of course, but it is surprising there's no solution for it at all, speaking as web/UX design person (or used to be).

Reviews generally seem to be positive, with the main sticking point usually being the increased focus on combat

I just...I can't get past this being 30fps and on 3DS, at least for a day one buy. I'll get it eventually, but god what I'd give to have this on Switch instead :/

Great reviews, had Nintendo implemented their "one platform" policy earlier this would be yet another great Switch game.

Hope we get a port some day.

Mines showing as "Processing" on the Nintendo site. Just looked into it further and they've got an estimated dispatch date of 15th, so launch day.

Is this usual for them as I've never used them before?

My amiibo have been dispatched by them today but not the game yet. So I'm guessing they have some problems producing stock for their own product..

It's actually Zavvi btw

Wait, you're annoyed that you're getting it for launch day?

No. I'm annoyed that they've got it down as getting dispatched on launch day rather than arriving at my house on launch day.

I've just got dispatch notification from them for the game and it says delivery estimated on Saturday or Monday so yeah I wouldn't get your hopes up. I ordered them all separately so I could cancel what I couldn't afford.

I can't afford any of them but I'll be keeping the amiibo and selling on the legacy edition, on the one condition I ordered it legitimately and I seriously need cash to pay basic amenities.

Well the estimated dispatch date was bollocks as I've just got a dispatch confirmation email saying I should have it between Saturday and Monday. Still hoping for Friday though. :toot:

Yeah, it seemed to run out about the same time as the legacy edition. Wanted both, missed out on both, due to being asleep or at work, I can't actually remember which :? . Never mind, I managed to order Samus from GAMEs Direct.

Standard editions do not

Really wish i had been able to obtain the special edition. They would have to sell out so quick.

Is this cover also relevant to the Legacy Edition or is it just exclusive to the US Special Editions?

Just noticed there's a My Nintendo 10% off deal for the digital version until September 30th.

So does that work out at about £3.50? It''s tempting considering I still want to play the game

It says "day 1 stock" has sold out but it's £31.85 at base.com https://www.base.com/buy/product/metroi ... tsr3ds.htm
