Even if it was real there is no way Microsoft would release something so ugly. Windows 7 is about to come out and give them the holy grail OS: Stability but with awesome features and the 360 (which still looks great) owns the gamer market which any sort of handheld is going to cannibalise.

Microsoft will want something like the ipod touch that plays XBLA games downloaded from an Xbox.

Defintly a fake, for one, how can it offer XBLA support when it only has 6 buttons and just a d-pad.

Also, that conference pic is such an obvious fake.
