The 512 GB Surface Pro 2 with Intel's 1.9GHz Core i5-4300U chip.

Older batches of the Surface Pro 2 use Intel's 1.6GHz Core i5-4200U chip, so watch out.

The new i5-4300U chip is slightly faster (by 0.3GHz for the CPU and 0.1GHz for the GPU): http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbenc ... =%E2%9C%93

It also supports Intel’s Trusted Execution Technology for improved software security.
