I loved the original series, but then I remember going into school after the summer holidays in which the movie was released, asking if anyone had seen it and being told "lol no, Power Rangers are lame now." This was in something like year 3

Given I was at secondary school when it came out, like every child of the 80's I spent my time telling people it wasn't as good as Transformers/Thundercats/Jayce

no idea who the lady is, but I can assure you my mum never had skanky dreadlocks, she had hippy tendencies though!
