Mocky's great, isn't he.

This thread is to commemorate and celebrate the fine man himself. What are your favourite Moments from the Master of Mocking?

The things I think about when I think of Mocky:

His Megathreads. Tasks of the Week, Forumite Forfeit, The Eliminator, Snowman Competitions. A classic Mockmaster thread always seems to be a guarantee of an epicly long and memorable thread.

His ability to make something happen that no-one else could. GRcade factions, Buddy Brothers, Loser Leaves GRcade - if anyone else tried to pull off these audacious ideas they'd sink like a stone. No one would dare accuse him of not having the post count to pull anything off.

Him winning both Forumite of the Year and Best New Forumite in the same year on old GR thanks to his alt account Brucie Bonus going successfully undetected and becoming a firm favourite.

His outstanding stealth-assassin-ness when he romped to victory in I Love You, But You're Dead.

This thread.

And more recently, I've got to mention Sigswap 2015, not least the fantastic bait-'n'-switch:

Mockmaster wrote:It's been a rollercoaster edition this year, many twists and turns, ups and downs... and sadly the event has been somewhat overshadowed by one man's... some would say clever... I would say.... hurtful... decision to farm out his sig making to another forumite. This has really tarnished SigSwap for me this year... made a mockery of it, you could say. All jokes aside, it hit me harder than I expected... the actions of this one forumite triggered something in me... and that is why I have decided to announce that I will be retiring from SigSwap after this. Yes, this is my last SigSwap event, Christmas or otherwise. It's been a pleasure to run it for the last 8 years, alot of joy and love has been shared and of all the forum games I've run, while this may have been one of the simplest in concept, it's also the one that's lasted the longest, having given away Forumite Forfeit to MCN and Tasks of the Week to Moggy. I thought this one would stay with me. But, all good things must come to an end, and I am sure whoever takes over will do a great job next year.

[...]

That's right, Photek redeemed himself heroically, in the face of immense scrutiny, when the chips were down, and has helped us all discover the TRUE meaning of Christmas by constructing this amazing sig for Jay Adama. Maybe, after all, Photek is the pure form of what is the best of us.

As a result, Christmas is saved and like strawberry float am I ever retiring from SigSwap. You will have to prise it from my cold, dead hands. I will be back in 2016, 2017, 2018 and beyond.

So what are your favourite Classic Events of Mocking?

When the forum was being dodgy and he somehow managed to post the same post over and over again for about a page and a half. Was funny as strawberry float at the time

There are so many, but if I had to choose, the picture of Spiderman throwing his suit in a bin is probably my favourite Mockyism.

I'd forgotten about Brucie Bonus being Mocky's alt, nobody suspected a thing for ages, it was brilliant.

Oh I'm glad you've done this, I was thinking of doing the same, but it shows the love and warmth towards Mocky on this forum.

Mine would definitely be his reaction to the 'No Wolves' AYAW. It was one for the ages.

I have a particular fondness for the snowman competitions. Anyway, the year I finished a measly second I can't track down the original picture, but I basically wanted to frame the review. For those of you who don't remember (why not?!), Captain Megatron featured a large...appendage.

Mockmaster wrote:This is an Epic Snowman. Bar Zerudaaa's unequalled effort, it crushes all previous Snowman entries in terms of height. It is a Leviathan among Snowmen. Gargantuan. It can probably be seen for miles around. You can stare at it only in AWE. AWE. We all want to be Starbreaker in that second picture, hugging the form in worship. Bow down to its majesty. Do you see how his very jacket lights up with the energy coursing through the structure? Could it be that this Snowman houses the secret to eternal life itself?

Perceived Effort - 10

Are you kidding? Unparalleled.

Technical Form - 5

Ok, we know it lacks finesse. But this, like Aaron's, is brute force Snowman, and that works in its favour. It even retains a semblance of the classic shape. You can see it in there. It's got an impressive scarf and twig pythons that Hulk Hogan would be proud of. It's going well. Surely we have a clear winner. There is, but one small...or should I say very large....problem. It has a massive erect cock and simulated hairy mega-bollocks. This is an afront to every happy family in the land that huddles around a pile of snow to mould it into a cuddly Snowman, having snowball fights, sliding down hills on sleds with huge innocent smiles on their faces. God knows how many children have wept streams of tears upon witnessing this corrupt Sodom and Gomorrah-esque display. Oh god, my eyes.

Overall: 25

I've so many fond memories, but one of my favourites has to be our fate as The Accidental Comrades in last year's game of AYA? It's a PM exchange I'll save forever.
