Seems so wrong on multiple levels

Plot:
Womb tells the story of the cross-generational love affair between Rebecca (Eva Green) and Thomas (Matt Smith), two childhood friends who, once re-united, became instant lovers - only to be separated again by Thomas' accidental death. After contemplating suicide, Rebecca finds consolation in the idea of cloning Matt back to life, literally giving birth to her lost love.

I really want to see it though.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

It's not April Fool's yet, right?

http://www.nme.com/filmandtv/news/twins ... die/264386

A sequel to Twins is in development, named Triplets.

Universal Pictures is planning to reunite Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito for a sequel to the 1998 comedy, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The film saw the pair play Julius and Vincent, fraternal twins who were conceived experimentally and separated at birth. But in a twist for the new film, they will discover that they have a third brother, played by Eddie Murphy.

All three actors are believed to be on board, and Ivan and Jason Reitman's production company Montecito. However, Ivan Reitman will not return as director, instead acting as producer.

Schwarzenegger last year announced his intention to return to acting last year after finishing his term as Governor Of California, but plans were put on hold when his marital problems went public. DeVito meanwhile has been starring in cult US sitcom It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Trailer looks decent, but;

[*] There's a distinct lack of Mars

[*] It's written by the guy who wrote Ultraviolet and Equilibrium

[*] Directed by the guy who made the Underworld movies and that crappy 'Die Hard 4' film.

Seriously, the armour the soldiers wear and the robot things are almost identical to the Cereberus armour and LOKI mechs from Mass Effect 2...

Well at least we don't have to watch a pregnant Danny DeVito.

This is not the remake of the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie but actually is a faithful, closer adaption of the original book (entitled "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale") penned by Phillip K. Dick where Quaid actually did not go to Mars at all.

Hmmm. It doesn't seem more faithful to me. In fact, the only real difference between them is they've swapped a rebellion on Mars with a rebellion on Earth.

Plot summary of Book

Douglas Quail, a simple and ordinary man, wishes to visit Mars. Unable to afford it, he visits a company, Rekal, Incorporated, that offers implanted memories ("extra-factual memory"). The attempt to implant some exciting Mars memories of Quail as a secret agent reveals that Quail actually is an undercover government assassin with a mind full of dangerous secrets. The Rekal staff quickly get Quail out of their office; he heads home and finds certain physical evidence to support his new old memories. His handlers initially seek his death but instead Quail, being an assassin, avoids this and goes on the run. Unfortunately, he has an implanted device which can be used to read his thoughts. He therefore makes a deal in which the memory of his Mars mission is replaced by a false memory of his deepest desire as analyzed by psychiatrists - that he saved the world from a Martian invasion at the age of 9. The Rekal staff begin the memory-implanting procedure, and run into the same problem as they did earlier - the incredible memories they are about to insert are already there and real.
