Woah woah Lindelof is the writer for Prometheus? No wonder I'm not looking forward to it.

He was brought on to amend a script written by the far more talented John Spaihts, so don't worry too much.

The Avengers / Avengers Assemble - SPOILERS

Loads of The Avengers stuff has been leaked online including the post credit sequence and MASSIVE movie spoilers...

So go away if you don't want to know....

.

Even more spoiler warnings.

Post Credit is Thanos with a few lines referencing "having a death wish" or something like that.

MASSIVE MOVIE SPOILERS - who dies, who lives and fights.

Hulk is said to be the real star with Cap being the clear leader. Mr Coulson dies a good death. Hulk and Thor come to blows (a proper punch up) and hulks kicks the crap out of Loki.

Where'd you get that info Godzilla? Apparently parts of the post-credits scene still hasn't been filmed, RDJ said they were meeting up after the US Avengers premiere the other night to film it and Mark Ruffalo confirmed it. So there might be more to it. Although the ones you posted has been rumoured for ages now, so wouldn't be surprised if it's true.

Also the CGI in that fight clip looks atrocious :?

I've got the info from a few people on different boards who have seen the movie, SuperHeroHype, GameFAQS and a few other sites have gone into massive details and spoiler filled reviews about the full movie and all say the same thing so it's correct. The post credit sequence takes place into the credits, so it's a mid credit sequence. There is a rumor about filming something else, however this could be for something else such as Iron Man 3 teaser etc or more promotion. But the current rumor is, mid credit sequence is what I posted, with an additional post credit sequence to be added soon.

The Avengers - Post Credit Rumors - SPOILERS....

.

Potential spoilers - turn back NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW

hmmmmmmmmmmmm, very strange rumor this one but amazing if true. The current rumor is that the second after credit sequence features tony and bruce working on the body of a fallen friend (spoilered by me earlier) and adding some yellow and green armour to him...so basically building The Vision. The chances are this story is utter balls. But incase it's true.... saying that though, he would make an amazing Vision as he has the right face.

Surely if the Ant-Man movie is close to fruition though, they'd save stuff like Vision/Ultron for Hank to create when they properly introduce him into the marvel movie universe. Coulsen as Vision and not being created by Hank is just wrong.

I wonder whatever happened to those rumours about Eva Longoria playing Wasp. She was pictured leaving Marvel HQ with a bunch of comics but nothing seemed to come of it.

Didn't see those rumours, but I fully approve for obvious reasons :shifty:

Also seems like Capt 2 is gona have Falcon in and be present times. Very good if so.

I'm not a big avengers fan in that i never really got into any of the comics - although have always loved the hulk? I am looking forward to this but haven't seen Cap America yet. Is it essential that i do?

I don't think it'll be vital (not as vital as Thor/Iron Man 2 at least), but it's worth a watch if you've got time. Probably the best non-Iron Man Avenger origin film.

Got an e-mail about this thing earlier. Ever wanted to see Charlie Simpson get shot in the head?:

You're welcome.

Worth watching for the slow-mo sniper rifle bit at about 30 seconds in :shifty:

I've read a couple of minor Avengers spoilers already. People leaving them in comments sections of trailers etc :fp:

I didn't think it was out until July 4, but it's April 26th here?

Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck will star in the thriller "Runner, Runner" with "The Lincoln Lawyer" helmer Brad Furman to direct. Exact story and character details are not forthcoming just yet, but it will be set in the high stakes world of illegal online gambling. The script comes from writers David Levien and Brian Koppelman, no strangers to playing the odds. The duo wrote "Rounders" which also looked at gambling from another angle

You should make a Superhero Movies Thread and rename this thread into the Good Movies News Thread. :shifty:
