I'm alright with this. Grillo is good at action, so it could be decent.

Is this a film that needs remaking? Seems totally pointless to me.

It's in a foreign language aka was inaccessible/went unregarded by 90% of the US market. The dollas, they be awaiting.

Why would you steal doughnuts from the Police instead of the doughnut shop opposite the Police Station :?:

The police station is open and Sly loves to goad the cops, and doesn't want to rob an honest hard working baker of his or her goods. Presumably.

This. I love The Raid movies and I'm also a fan of Grillo so I'm happy. I wouldn't watch it with expectations of it beating the original Raid movie.

Grillo was strawberry floating ace in the Purge 2 where he was basically the Punisher so I'm fine with this.

I cannot wait to see it.

That RAID remake just reminds me of how much I want a Dredd sequel.

As true as that is I still find it ridiculous that so many people won't watch subtitled films.

Hell, why not just dub it for the US market.

Just went to look at the boards and then noticed they were gone. :slol:

It's a shame, it was always a good place to go after seeing a film to check other people's views or query something in the plot, etc. I'm not aware of any other boards where every film has its own board and associated comments. Fair enough they want to stop negative comments and abuse etc, but that always seemed minimal to me compared to the relevant comments.

In the last year it had become impossible to discuss any blockbuster film. The boards were just full of trolls talking about Mary sues and fighting amongst marvel and dc fanboys even if the film was star wars or completely unrelated to them.

Ah, I don't really watch your typical 'blockbusters', so I probably didn't see that side of it. A shame nonetheless.

Just read that Jurassic Park 2 is going to be filmed in Slough Langley to be exact

http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcthree/item/a17d ... rassicPark

Apparently bosses at a Slough business park have been sent a letter saying filming will take place there on Thursday for the latest instalment in the Jurassic Park series.
And according to the letter published on Jurassic Outpost, another 11 days of filming are set to take place there before the end of June.

Surprised to hear they're going for a post-apocalyptic setting.

Maybe that will start a trend of setting films in random places.
Maybe the new Tomb Raider film could be set in under Birmingham Library where they find a long forgotten and huge temple. There they find writing that leads them to another tomb under Plymouth and then onto Larkhall in Scotland.

US audiences will be thrilled.
