I might have to watch the original again, freaked me out when I was younger. I'll probably find it hilarious now.

I don't know if I can watch IT. The original absolutely freaked me out as a child. I mean massively.

I really wouldn't watch the 90's TV Movie again. Watched it a year or two ago and it's not aged well at all. In fact, with the exception of Tim Curry it's hilariously cheesy and cringy.

Tim Curry makes it all worthwhile though

The original was amazing at the time and was disturbing to our young minds, but do not watch it now, it isn't very good.

I watched the IT trailer and am stunned that it actually looks decent. I have doubted they can pull this off (and they could still strawberry float it up!) but I am a lot more optimistic now.

I started watching the trailer, got to the bit with the boat going in the drain and had to turn off. Got flashbacks.

Lets hope they show Georgie's arm being ripped off or the murder of Adrian Mellon.

Was Adrian Mellon the 50s or the 80s? I thought it was the latter, meaning he could be the opening scene of the next film.

I liked the trailer. Very Stranger Things. Probably because Stanger Things was very Stephen King.

I am now optimistic.

In the 80's. That's when one of the guys who were arrested said he saw a figure dressed as a clown, under the bridge.

Yup.

I'm always amazed at how well they did this trilogy. By all rights it should have been gooseberry fool, but they've been really good so far. High hopes that this one lives up to the last two.

Saw the new Spiderman trailer, thought it looked a bit wank to be honest.

The best character in the franchise is clearly the chair.
