Another good episode, albeit with a more normal feeling than the slightly 'out there' first 4.

There goes any love I had for Rey. :dread: The last 5 minutes, though! :o

Still no Wellick. Has to be in the next episode. Has to be!

Is Martin Wallström busy filming something else at this point? It's getting ridiculous!

Are we the only two watching it this season? :dread:

I'm watching. The latest episode was very good. I think that was the first usage of that music this season during the hacking near the start.

Pretty dark ending though. Can't wait for the next one. This is the first show I've been forced to watch week-to-week in about 2 years.

The juxtaposition between the sudden, confusing, and bloody ending in China to Joanna's scene about a man deserving to know why he's about to die was really, really good.

B.D. Wong was also fantastic this week. Is he only recurring this season?

Just to be clear from season 1:

His female alter-ego is the leader of the dark army, yes?

I can't say I particularly liked that bit but the switch to 4:3 was a nice touch, there was also some horrible video compression during that bit (I'm watching via Amazon video) which I can't work out whether was intentional or not.

What did the Dark Army guy inject Cisco with (heroin?) and why did he snap off the needle?

Well that was something  Cutty will NOT be happy. Well, I guess you were half right.

Holy strawberry float, Tyrell's wife in that white dress at the very beginning  LAWD.

That scene with Joey Badass in the alley :datass:

Angela is totally strawberry floated. The look of a deer in the headlights that is constantly on her face is amazing. Everything about her is awkward as hell.

Great news about the renewal too.

Tyrellnext week finally? Who strawberry floating knows at this point but they seem to be hinting to it more and more each episode. If he's even alive, that is.

The opening act of episode 6. The wonderfully shot infiltration scene. The big reveal in episode 7. This strawberry floating show.

After revealing Elliot is actually in prison I'm guessing Ray was a prison guard/prison warden with a sideline in illegal trading

Just to be clear, the Dark Army hacked the prison records to get Elliot released early, right?

Anyone else getting 'rapey' vibes in the scenes involving Angela and Price? there's definitely an uncomfortable suggestion that something will happen to her.

What we don't know yet is exactly what the cause for him being in there is - one could assume that he may have killed (unlikely) /shot Tyrell. Though I believe he is still alive. We don't know how long he's been in there, but the logical guess would be shortly after the Ecorp hack. We don't know how exactly he will be released, but it's clearly suggested whiterose/the dark army are protecting him and likely will get him out of there. His friend was with them after all.

Yes on both accounts.

It's not gonna end well for Angela at all.

An interesting theory from reddit so spoilers if you've not yet seen s02e07 or don't want any ideas.

Remember back when Elliot hacked his therapist's boyfriend? In last season's finale he was trying to collect enough evidence to have Elliot prosecuted for hacking and blackmailing him, but was unable to because Elliot was behind a proxy in Estonia.
Usually countries won't freely cooperate sharing information unless, as Michael Hansen says, the 'whole country falls apart'. Later on while he's watching the news he hears that 17 European countries are on the verge of collapse, including Estonia.
Could he have got the evidence to prosecute Elliot under the Computer and Fraud Act? That would explain how Elliot's going to get out so soon, as if he'd been arrested for hacking E-Corp or killing Tyrell he'd be serving a much longer

Damn good episode this week. :datass: Did Mobley just do what I think he did to Trenton? :| Angela has turned into a complete banana split. She's such an awful person, now. Means more of Mark Moses, though.

Weird having an Elliot-less episode but I guess there's not much to show there after what happened last week. The stalling with the Tyrell stuff is bordering on preposterous now.
