Ah 'asian jokes'. I wonder why they didn't ask for Muslim jokes, surely that would have given them the maximum excuse to act like put upon little lambs (of god) (or allah). Know what, they probably did, and the service couldn't help them out cos everyone's so petrified of offending muslims, so they had to settle for common or garden racism instead.

Do you mean the exam board? If so what does that have to do with anything?

I agree that the company shouldn't be sending racist jokes. But I can't really think of any 'positive' Asian jokes; if you're asking for Asian jokes you know what you're getting. It was a lapse of judgement on the part of the researcher, maybe the guy was a complete idiot, maybe he was naive. You certainly can't accuse him of actually being racist though - he just tried to deliver what the customer asked for! It's entrapment!
