French mustard is brown and not as good as English mustard.

American mustard is yellow and very mild, so mild in fact that it's not really a mustard.

English mustard is a slightly darker shade of yellow and is sublime.

Love it on a hot dog with ketchup. English mustard though, not the pathetically weak American mustard.

Dijon mustard is nice too.
