Drew this a little while ago, thought some of you might be interested in seeing it.
I'd been dying to draw a female spartan since i read 'the fall of reach'. Finally got round to it, hope you like.

This may sound like a really daft question, but how exactly does deviant art work? Is it a completely online program that you use to draw things? Or do you scan in a pre drawn image and then render it using their tools? /ignorance

I really love doing art and stuff and would love to get into this sort of thing!

Deviantart is more or less an online gallery/meeting place... kind of thing.

yeah, exactly that. Its a social networking site where artists can post their work, publish blogs etc. Pretty much what myspace is to music, DA is to art.

Nice work, atmospheric textures.

Have you tried any life drawing classes, fella? I'd suggest some for you - it would really iron out a couple (minute) issues with proportion. But don't get me wrong, this is real nice stuff. I've taken the (cheeky) liberty of animating this image a little; but the actual compositional value of this image leaves itself open to motion, believe it or not. A lot of stuff does, it's worth thinking about:

Great picture, dude.

The style is good, but the subject matter irrationally bugs the strawberry float out of me. Female Spartans have been depicted in canon already (DOA4, off the top of my head), so adding bewbs to Spartan armour is just all kinds of wrong. Add in the insanely phallic gun and it's like an advert for "Halo: Futa Edition" up there.
