My new PS3........

It is quite a common issue that reviewers get over excited with a new game and give very high scores, only in hindsight to retract slightly (see GTA4).

Personally, I think that Killzone 2 in single player in particular is a average. I am playing it, but it is no more fun than FEAR 2 was. Graphically, it does look excellent.

BAck on the original note I would advise people to buy all the exclusive games on the PS3 as they have worth. Some like LBP and Uncharted are excellent, others like Lair and Heavenly Sword are so-so but cheap. Even stuff like Resistance and MGS (which I feel are over praised) are about £10 now.

Ah...so you and 'several' others, constitute 'many' do you? In relation to the rather large amount of people who've played the game and complained about the single player?

Did you play Flower all the way through?
It's certainly not a world without people as there are man-made structures such as wind turbines and electricity pylons, and you end up in a city at the end. The whole point of the game is that man has ruined natures work and you have to undo their mess.
I really enjoyed the experience, but had to play each level in seperate sittings as 10mins at a time was enough.

I am hoping then that in time, developers will start to get the most out of the system, but as yet, it hasn`t happened..
I don`t want to start a riot, just share my thoughts on this...and see what other people think?

Why not try playing some games on it? Expand your collection beyond Lair, you might find something you like.
