I liked the way it ended, but it's not really where I expected it to go.

I hope yer man's hot girlfriend is going to be in the next season.

La Casa de Papel - I just watched the first episode of this and was really impressed. It's about a group of criminals teaming up for one huge robbery. However, instead of showing you all of the planning and build up like most heist films, it instead goes straight into the action and we as a viewer learn the plan as it unfolds. So lots of twists.
I hope the rest of the season is just as good.

Was watching Van Helsing. Got as far as Ep9 and had to stop as I couldn't take anymore. It's just awful.

It's one of my guilty pleasure shows.

Looks to be right up my street. Strong Blade Runner vibes from the visuals. Anybody read the books?

Really liking Black Mirror so far. I'm on season 2.

Inadvertently watched the Star Trek style episode in S4 though. That was daft as a brush.

Other than little references, nods and Easter eggs, there is no need to watch Black Mirror episodes in order. It’s probably best to, but you won’t have anything spoiled or be confused if you watch a later one.

Comedians in cars getting coffee is my new favourite show. Such a good idea and the episodes are the perfect length.

That's good to know. I kind of like standalone episodes.

Just finished the one where the woman wakes up and seh can't remember who she is.

Nosedive was phenomenal. That ending, crikey, hit me like a ton of bricks.

This show is strawberry floating class.

Edit - The episode with the text message demands :dread: :dread: :dread: What a brilliantly brutal story.

The lesbian episode though, I didn't really like.

The production values have really shot through the roof on the show though.

It dragged on forever, I think that's what killed it for me. Interesting subject, but the execution wasn't what I wanted.

The episode with the bees was alright. A bit too strawberry floating long as well though.

If you can't get the plot across in 10 seconds, I don't want to know :toot:

Started watching the first episode of Black Mirror, strawberry floating hell

I'm guessing this was written just after the rumours about David Cameron sticking his gentlemans sausage in a pigs mouth were doing the rounds
