Started watching White Rabbit Project, which despite the rather bizarre title is actually a pretty decent spiritual successor to Mythbusters, no Adam & Jamie but the other three (Tory, Grant & Kari) are perfectly fine without them.

One thing that's bugging me about Dirk Gently is how a penniless detective can afford multiple custom-made £795 jackets.

I really like his jacket. But not that much.

My family and I love this show so much. We burned through the first 2 seasons on Netflix a while ago, and I had to acquire the 3rd season from the high seas. We're now downloading season 4 as it's broadcast in the US each week.

Thanks for the info  I'll give the second episode a watch just in case. I like the Dirk/Todd interaction so far but everything else seems a bit too... American, almost. Too bombastic.

Did anyone actually watch the UKTV version with Stephen Mangan and Darren Boyd?

Basically make sure to think of it as it's own thing and not (despite the title :P) a version of DG seems to be what the internet says.

Episodes 1-4 (and tbh parts of 5 and 6) are confusing. You're not sure what's happening and why. But characters (both protagonists and antagonists) are in the same boat. It's a very odd structure for a TV show - no one knows what all the strange coincidence and connections means (or who half the other people/groups involved).

It's fun to watch (DG is basically just the 11th Doctor) but it's confusing - you're mostly watching it for the characters reactions to events they (and you) don't understand.

It's only later on in the show when everything starts to 'click' and be explained (sort of) and you understand what (mostly) everything is and how/why.

I'm a decent way into episode 3 and I think I'd enjoy it a lot more if Dirk wasn't so strawberry floating annoying.

Earlier this year Netflix change their systems so Unblock Us and other proxies stopped working so you couldn't watch the international versions of Netflix. I tried some alternatives and they didn't work and the only possible solution was to try one with a new router. Does anyone know if there is something that works on PS4/Xbone/Apple TV so you can view Netflix USA et al?

Has anyone watched the 3%? Watched the 1st episode last night and it was fine but I won't continue with it unless it gets any better.

Yeah it was great watching it again.

Just quick question can you still not access Netflix U.S on consoles?

Sucks how they killed the Dns game.

I have been using Express VPN for a couple of months now and it works well. It is much more of a pain to use than unblock-us as you have to install the app on each device rather than just change the DNS, so in order to watch US Netflix in my living room I had to download the apk to my phone, save it to Google Drive, install ES File Explorer on my Android TV, then sideload the app to my TV. As it isn't an Android TV app I have to connect a mouse to my TV to use it. The US server works every time for me, but unfortunately the UK one doesn't. Express VPN also requires a year being paid up front, which was around 100USD.

So what would be one of the last TV shows you think you would see on UK Netflix? That's right, and it's on Netflix Uk, He-man (1983) is on netflix.
