Great little show (do little reading on it before going in) from Parks and Rec makers.

Thanks for making me aware of this it's excellent :).

You don't need to call me a hero....

But really after Season 1 I just want more people to talk to about it.

Well, I have watched the first season of The Good Place and I really enjoyed it. Ted Danson is great and even Kirsten Bell was pretty good.

I didn't expect that twist at all, it came from nowhere for me. I just hope that Danson can make Evil Michael as interesting.

Judging by 2x01 and 2x02, definitely.

I'm not sure how far you are - but yeah she becomes ridiculously deadpan later on.

Trying out different personalities earlier was great though (like the metal worker :P)

Plus then her failsafe mode

That shouldn't be funny - but it works.

Tahini and Micheal (the cube of truth!) are my favourite scene in the episode though

Good Place 2x03

Well that was about 3 seasons worth of plots in 20minutes

(DO NOT READ NEW PEOPLE IF NOT UP TO DATE)

Janet's begging will never not be funny. I expected there to be a twist that Micheal was in his own Bad Place due to failing for how miserable he is.

Micheal's reactions each time he's caught - even by Jason = were brilliant.

This show has always had pretty rapid plot progression but that was glorious madness. I am somewhat disappointed we didn't see the cycle where Eleanor and Tahani were soulmates, it couldn't have lasted more than ten minutes as it is.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's revealed later in the season. It was strongly foreshadowed here.

Star Trek goes up on Mondays in the UK I think, I can't remember if it was at midnight or 8am, I've seen both mentioned.

Watched the first episode of Good Place. It seemed OK, but none of the jokes really landed, and it wasn't really laugh out loud funny. Does it get better, or is it just not for me?

Just started watching the new Gerald's Game Netflix movie which is good so far. The book features one of the most horrifying things Stephen King has ever written ( :dread: ) so I'm interested to see if they go all the way.

Thoughts on the season finale?

Cool, I'll stick with it for a while then.
