Is anybody still playing this? I only need the last online trophy which I'd like to have some help from some of you if it's possible.

I'm still playing, but can't help you, I'm afraid. I haven't even played this online yet.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game, though, I think it's been excellent. I'm at about 65% now, though my ship is at 98%. I am currently struggling to beat the legendary ship in the bottom left of the map. :dread:

Wish I could, sorry. I sold it after I couldn't beat the legendary ships despite watching KjGarly's video. But I might rebuy this one...

Does it pay me to get all the collectables found in the ocean? I've completed all the collectables on land.

Yeah, it does give you money and secrets too, but no trophy though.

Played this again for a couple of hours tonight. Been a few weeks since I last played it. I was really getting into it as well and having a fun time but I've just been pulled out of the animus into the shitty office world. I really strawberry floating hate that bullshit. I was really in the mood for another story mission as well and then Ubisoft pull this office bullshit. Nobody strawberry floating cares, Ubisoft, nobody strawberry floating cares.

but you need mission variety!! and it makes the story more compelling!!

I really wish they just made each game their own story. No dream VR gooseberry fool.

Just finished the main plot with 70% completion. Think I'll take a break for a while before going back to collect all the gubbins.

As Brer said: loved the pirating, but could take or leave the plot. The Abstergo stuff was just :fp:

Black Flag - 100%
Blackbeard's Wrath - 100%
Freedom Cry - 100%

:datass:

It's almost over with Black Flag and I only need to finish every sequence in 100% completion. It has been a great journey and I'm now looking forward to the next Assassin's Creed game which will be reveal later on. :D

Edit: Platinum! :datass:

Ten months after getting this last Xmas and having achieved 99% completion- 100% synch on every mission except one where the game decided to screw me for no reason, every collectible obtained except one treasure map I need to do that godawful fleet metagame which takes twenty real hours per level to obtain and two legendary ships left to kill I'm done with this.

I think I actually preferred AC3 to Black Flag( :dread: ) though Edward was a vastly superior character than Connor. Where's my Haytham game set in London Ubisoft? Or a Victorian London game with Jack the Ripper and Sherlock Holmes? Bought Liberation semi-recently which is pretty good, await my exclusive verdict soon.

Difficult to rank the early games as I haven't played them in years but I'll try:

AC2 > Watch Dogs > Brotherhood > AC3 > AC4 > Revelations > AC

Watch Dogs was better than AC4 and I'm including it in the rankings as it's set in the same universe.

Anyone who thinks AC3 is better than Black Flag is mental. Pirating > Native American Avatar malarky.

Having said that, Black Flag > all the other ACreeds.

lol no AC2 is still better.

AC3 is the worst, including Brotherhood and Revelations.

AC3 managed to irritate me far less than AC4 did.

You rate Watchdogs higher than any AC game? :dread:

Still, if you include it, it's amongst the lowest. Bar maybe AC3 it has one of the most unlikeable protagonists in gaming.

Agreed, AC3's main character is horrificly bland.

The protagonist was Connor level charisma true but the game was fun, stealthing around with a silenced pistol eradicating gang hideouts and setting up road blocks and grenade-launching convoys. I'd definitely buy a sequel.
