Actually, I think people should cut him some slack. "He's so emo, he's always whining", etc., etc.

He's a teenager who saw his mother get killed in front of his eyes. According to me, that entitles you to some whining without being judged.

I don't mind that but he just annoys me somehow. FFXIII-2 Hope though, he becomes alright.

I've hit something of a brick wall in Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. I was doing okay for most of the game but I can't for the life of me win the 2nd battle against Vexen in Twilight Town. I think I need to grind for a while so I can have more/better cards in my deck.

What I did was to make sure I have lot of high level cards (either attack or magic along Cure cards) as well some 0, and few hi-potions (or hi-ether) and I was be able to beat him. The magic is also pretty OP, if you want to go that route you can make fire-heavy magic deck and use Fira/Firaga over and over again but make sure to learn how to card break, it makes huge difference.

That was bit where I gave up on KH reCoM, came back and after a while I managed to beat him. Rest of game it's alright if you know what to do with the combat.

Anyway had a brief go on World of Warcraft. May as well give it another try, I'm Orc Mage this time and on Silvermoon.

Cool, thanks for the tips although I may leave this for a while and play something else.

Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright and a bit of Hyrule Warriors on the side. I'm about ten hours into Layton Vs Wright, 2nd witch hunt. The witnesses are such banana splits.

Grim Fandango Remastered

Just as brilliant as it was 16 years ago, I had been playing it for a couple of hours before noticing I hadn't got the remastered textures enabled (I didn't have a 3D card when I played it all those years ago so I though the 'improved' graphics was due to the remastering rather than the fact it was running in hardware 3D instead of Software).

Still running it in 4:3 though as 16:9 just looks wrong.

Lego batman 3

Smitten sapphires mission. What a stupid, dumbass, boring, draining the strawberry floating life out of me me fetch quest. You have to find a sapphire that isn't pink but before you find it you have to run around looking for bats & use your sensor to give you an arrow where to head next. Been looking all over for my latest destination but to no avail.

I love it :|

I seem to have completely forgotten large parts of Grim Fandango, was doing fine at the very beginning but I've got stuck several times on the 2nd year now.

I can't believe I actually finished it the first time without referring to a walkthrough as some of the puzzles require some serious lateral thinking.

Felt like trying to finally finish Skyward Sword today and when I go to replace the Wiimote batteries because they're not working, I find out they've been leaking battery acid inside.

My hands have been burning all day.

That happened to a Wavebird of mine that I used for the first time in years just before christmas. The entire battery enclosure was full of acidic white suds and bubbles. :dread:

Just this minute finished The Last of Us Remastered, my second proper play through and to be honest I think I enjoyed it even more this time round. 60fps really does the gameplay justice, such a gorgeous game.

The Swapper (PS4) Started this the other night (thanks PS+) had heard nothing but good things about it. Upon loading it up, the visual style reminded me for some reason of something that was created in Little Big Planet, that's not a bad thing, it just has a "hand made" sort of look going for it. I thought the "Swapping' would be gimmicky at first, but once things got going I couldn't put the game down. Will see this through.

Also playing the odd bit of Driveclub and Far Cry 4 (PC), both very enjoyable.

Started Wind Waker HD tonight. I only ever played this game once but I remember so much. Toon Link is soooo adorably cute and it's made me laugh a couple of times already. Got to and explored Windfall Island and can't wait to go looking for treasure on the high seas!

Nothing :(

Couldn't carry on with AC Unity and finished the brilliant Ys: Memory of Celceta. Have gone through my PSN library and nothing is grabbing me so have to wait another two days+ before new PS+ titles hit.

:bored:

World of Warcraft.

Enjoying it more now I've re-rolled a new character, Priest this time. Ironically despite being healer-specced I'm enjoying being DPS more than my (fire) mage

The game I bought a Wii U for.

So far it's really good. Need to unlock more weapons, though.

Really need to start this one soon! Was hoping to replay Bayonetta 1 first, but cannot seem to find a standalone copy and refuse to go digital on Nintendo's machine due to the small internal memory space.

Sometimes bigger doesn't allways mean better, enjoyed it but feel like it's outstayed its welcome

Apotheon

Graphical style is very striking. Gameplay is platform action with exploration. Mechanics are a mixture of what you find in other game like gear degradation and crafting. A compelling game so far.

Transistor

They really wanted to push that DS4 speaker, huh. Only played about ten minutes of it but so far so good.
I lost one of my abilities after dying. How do I go about getting it back? I better not have to spend a level up point in order to have it returned to me. That would be gooseberry fool.
