Playing through South Park: Fractured But Whole.

About 20 hours in and have really enjoyed it. The humour is great and the I think it's quite well paced. It's not perfect, I don't think the battle system is quite challenging enough (I've whacked the difficulty up and it still feels balanced too far in the players favour) and I think Stick of Truth is better, but it's still been a great ride.

Crack in the Slab is one of the best, if not the best, FPS levels ever made.

Is that the time travel level?

I've been playing Song of the deep. I was really enjoying it but now I'm so lost its unreal and the map isn't worth gooseberry fool.

I'll persevere for a while just because I like roaming about in the sub.

I've also been playing Resogun as it was dirt cheap in the sale. Definitely not my usual kind of game but strawberry float me it's really cool.

Rapidly-greying is Mediocre to Average at games :fp:

Been playing Nuclear Throne on PC. Good for short bursts but frustrating as nothing carries over to the next game. Shame that they went with the retro (i.e. strawberry floating lazy) graphic style as it would be a lot more appealing with some decent graphics. Wouldn't be so bad if the game wasn't locked at 30fps and if it run flawlessly but screen tearing in some of the scrolling? Ridiculous.

God of War - Absolutely stunning. As a series I never previously cared for this reboot has been a revelation. Really enjoying just exploring the world and looking for secrets. Still have a fair way to go I think, but already it's one of my favourite games of this generation so far.

I've almost finished with GTAV and I only need to collect 70 Gold medals. Now, I have like around 40 Gold medals, so it won't be long until I finished it. :)

Screw the gold medals. Go push Trevor off Mount Chiliad.

Currently playing both Yakuza 0 and Shenmue.

Mind you, this was probably one of the strangest things i've ever had to do in a video game...

Steamworld Dig
Didn't really have much clue what this was about other than, er, digging, but it's pretty good. Nice sense of progression, pretty laid back, looks nice…not sure at this point what the endgame is exactly, but I don't really need to know. Happy to just keep going as I am for the time being. Quite different to what I usually place so it's a nice change.

Nail'd
I'd never heard of this, but picked it up on Steam for a couple of quid a while ago and it's pretty good. Over the top MX/ATV racing, with huge jumps and lots of speed. The tournaments can drag a bit as they cycle through the same few tracks, but otherwise it's good for a quick blast.

I thought it was an absolute blast at first, but it quickly wore off for me. There's another game called Mad Riders which is a sequel to this and has a profoundly silly trailer:

Great work. I'm currently working through the story on my PC version. I've put 1000 hours into it and haven't really touched the story. The Xbox One version that I bought after the PC version, however... Situation reversed.

Finally made a little more progress in Pokémon Yellow having not played it for around a week after getting my ass kicked by Sabrina in Saffron City.

I’ve left Sabrina alone for now and I’ve beaten the Fuchsia City gym and I’m headed to the Safari Zone.

Got right to the end of Nuclear Throne (I think) and then insta-killed by a lazer in the middle of the screen. BS you need to play through the whole game, die and then start right from the beginning again. Will have another stab or two and then I think I'm done.

That's roguelikes for you. Hand of Fate is the only one of that genre i've lasted with - i enjoyed nuclear throne for a while but realised i was never going to get to the end and would rather spend the time on my backlog of "proper" games.
