Do you have the stakeboarding mini game. I was pretty annoyed that it didn't come with the X-Box version.

It's not in the HD collection either :(

Same for the Ape Escape crossover Snake vs Monkey and the nightmare game ( http://metalgear.wikia.com/wiki/Guy_Savage ) in MGS3

That sucks I have the 3DS version of MGS3 so don't have the Nightmare stuff either.

Picked up six games on disk for my trusty old 360 a few days ago - £30 the lot from CEX.

ALIENS: COLONIAL MARINES
HUNTED: THE DEMON'S FORGE
SONIC ALL-STARS RACING TRANSFORMED
GHOST RECON: FUTURE SOLDIER
LEFT4DEAD 2
GRID 2

Impressed by just how good some of these still look - Grid 2 is pretty outstanding. The Sonic game also looks gorgeous.

Making steady progress in RE7. Just finished Lucas' testing area although I get the feeling I may have permanently missed out on getting a magnum now.

Bastion (PC). Has a quite nice graphical style with some old school type game mechanics. A retro game without the gooseberry fool retro look.

Yes?

I didn't know there were two Metal Gear/Ape Escape crossovers. I only knew about Mesal Gear Solid: Snake Escape.

I only know about it because my little brother was obsessed with the Ape Escape series. I only ever played the first one. I'm assuming this is why only Ape Escape 2 is on the PlayStation store as the licensing agreement has likely expired... similarly we'll likely never see Tekken 3 on the store due to the unlockable character Gon.

Got a mix of games and consoles on the go at the moment....

Switch:
- MK8 deluxe with the kids
- Fast RMX
- Zelda BotW (limited game time due to the kids nagging for MK8 multiplayer)

PS4:
- Batman Return to Arkham - Asylum. Bought on a whim in the sale last week as I'd just finished it on PS3.
- PES 2017. Scoring some different goals from Fifa and enjoying the randomness more

Vita:
- Persona 4 Golden. Around 30 hrs now but it still isn't a wow game or anything. Story is intruiging but having to do the same old dungeon layout for 10 floors each time grates. Just fought and rescued Rise and Teddie. Trying to get lucky with Yukiko though..... :shifty:

I just finished an area with quite a lot of enemies and found myself regularly reloading my save as I kept missing shots I would have sworn were dead on hits.

Easiest tip. Leg it. They won't follow.

Mass Effect, after an utterly uninspiring first few hours which almost resulted in me giving up, its turned into an excellent game. Very mass effect. Was mass effect the game where you could put points into your speech? I miss that. Apart from that the gunplay is excellent and, although a little overwhelming to start with, Im having a lot of fun with it now.

Yeah I realise that now, to be fair the loading screens basically say as much. I assumed the enemies would be able to open doors but guess not. I took advantage of their stupidity when I was tracking the key cards down with the Snake key. I've finished the game now anyway.

Link's Awakening. I'm at the last dungeon.

There's some annoying map designs when you go up Tal Tal Heights. Still a great game, mind you.

Still plugging away at Killzone Shadowfall - it has some great environmental design but boy is the framerate "cinematic". I'm up to chapter 5 and its been quite the rollercoaster, albeit a formulaic one.

The first Mass Effect game is 'very Mass Effect'? You've gotta be kidding me, man.

Doing a collectables run in Resi 7. I actually found all the files in my blind playthrough but missed a bunch of the figurines and coins. I think after this I'm gonna leave the game for a while before perhaps attempting the speed run trophy and hard mode :dread:
