Lords of the Fallen. I’m a little lost at the moment on my quest to find Anhilator. I’ve spoken to that wifey again and pulled a couple of levers that have something to do with freeing something if memory serves but other than that I am completely lost.

I'm playing the watch the console update game.
It's bloody thrilling, 9/10.

Enjoying Mudrunner: A Spintires Game on PS4Pro. If you know Spintires, the first game, you'll be right at home here. Slow, ponderous, frustrating (sometimes) and reasonably priced. I don't think the console versions are as fully-featured as the PC version, but what there is here is a time-sink. It's easy to get caught up in the minutiae of adequately navigating a rig around a treacherous map (the main maps are are all pretty big and open-world-ish), desperately trying to find a viable route towards your mission goal.

The game looks quite impressive - there's a day-to-night cycle just to spice things up (nice, when you're stuck halfway across a deep, fast-flowing river) and the models themselves look detailed. The game's physics shine and you really get a sense of the weight and momentum of the rigs and their loads as you traverse the uneven terrain.

If you like slow and careful, a bit of strategy and planning you should have fun with the game.

There's also a MP function which seems to work quite well (I haven't tried it, but seen a fair few YT vids on the mode). It's ideal for setting up overland expeditions in convoy - I'm really tempted to try it out!

I hope there'll be more maps and rigs in DLC to come!

8.5/10.

That multiplayer seems awesome.

Shadow Warrior 2 - basically a modern Serious Sam. Brilliant weapons and combat. Also very funny.

Injustice 2 - finished the story in one sitting, it lost its way by the end. Combat is ok but the dlc characters listed in the menus leave a bad taste in the mouth. Will play a bit more but it's not exciting.

Wish my image sig would work

Tell me about it! I thought you'd already completed the game? You have to free (or kill) the monster in chains. There are 3 levers in total to find. Took me an age to find the last one and then I noticed one of those doors you need to use the gauntlet to open! Did this last night but not had time to play tonight as I finished work late. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to find the bastard last one and kill him/it.

It's straight after the palace I believe where I stopped playing the singleplayer, I felt like I'd experienced all the game had to offer by then.

I have finished it but only once and it was back in January 2015. I can’t remember that much about the game after you meet Antanas.

It's not no, the Palace is the third place you go to after the Train Station (starting area) and super market.

Just looked it up - it was actually the Tower of London I got up to, which is way past the palace (I had them confused in my head). Apparently that's just about halfway, but I hadn't done the nursery no.

This is another problem with the game, lack of directions! I was close to giving up as it is as clear as mud where to go next. Maps in these games showing areas previously explored, unexplored areas and areas you've been to previously but now have something new should be mandatory with punishments up to and including the death penalty being available for those developers who think a map is unnecessary.

One of the worst opening acts of any game ever. Sadly it doesn't get an awful lot better from there.

The final lever was right in front of the giant creature... figures. Anyway Anhilator is down now.
